Ms. Jeffers is the Director of Operations for One Main Development, LLC. She is responsible for oversight of all administrative functions including human resources, information processing, building maintenance, facility management and client/tenant relations.

Ms. Jeffers has been involved in administrative management for nearly 20 years working with locally managed companies as well as a Fortune 500 company. She most recently worked for Volition, Inc., our lead tenant at One Main, where she was instrumental in managing the company's growth from 35 to well over 200 employees. She also played a role in the successful sale and transition of the company to the number two publisher of video games, THQ, Inc., located in Calabasas, CA. During her employment with Volition she was also responsible for managing all HR, accounting and administrative functions of the company.
