Ms. Faullin is the Sales Executive for One Main Development, LLC. She is responsible for selling the condominiums and leasing the commercial space in One Main Development's projects. She also directs the architectural design for the residential portion of the developments from floor plans to finishes.

Prior to joining One Main Development, Ms Faullin was an administrator at the University of Illinois, for twelve years. Her knowledge of the University system has been valuable to One Main’s efforts to create public/private projects with UIUC.

A native of Canada, Ms. Faullin lives with her three boys, a few miles west of Champaign. She is active in Champaign County's arts council, 40 North, as well as the Champaign-Urbana Ballet Company. She is a member of a small group of women who make up the Downtown Independent Volunteer Association (DIVAs).
